Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.24
Coppermine Photo Gallery is an advanced, user-friendly, picture gallery script with built-in support for other multi-media/data files. The gallery can be private, accessible to registered users only, and/or open to all visitors to your site. Users, if permitted, can upload pictures with their web browser (thumbnail and intermediate sized images are created on the fly), rate pictures, add comments and even send e-cards. The site administrator determines which of the features listed above are accessible by registered and non-registered users. The site administrator can also manage galleries and batch process large numbers of pictures that have been uploaded onto the server by FTP.

Coppermine Photo Gallery Installation Tutorial:
- Download the current zip file from the Coppermine Official Website here. here.
- Uncompress the zip file using WinZip or WinRAR to a temporary directory in your local computer.
- You can create a folder called "photo" in the "/var/www/html" directory. Then you can upload all the Coppermine Gallery files to the web server using a FTP client. For FTP upload instructions, please click here.
For this example, Coppermine will be uploaded to /var/www/html/photos/ directory and the website address will be http://www.yourdomain.com/photos. - Run the install script on your server (by going to http://www.yourdomain.com/photos/install.php with your web browser) and follow the instructions.
- Setup your MySQL database in the Site Admin Panel. Please click here for more information.
- Enter the information as needed. Please see the screenshot below. Click the following screenshot to enlarge.
- Click the "Let's Continue" button to see your new Coppermine Photo Gallery. You can now go to the Config and setup your Coppermine Gallery settings.
Note: Please use "127.0.0.1" for the MySQL host address.
